This is an application form to join Angus Medical Services. It should be noted that there is no application fee; however, donations towards the running of the organisation and the purchase of uniforms are greatly appreciated.
All members under the new rules set out by Disclosure Scotland are required to undergo a BASIC Disclosure when volunteering for us. All volunteers who wish to participate in First Aid or above activities must undergo an ENHANCED Disclosure.Â
